About the practice 

Carmen Sardinha is the practice owner and qualified Occupational Therapist passionate about helping individuals regain function and confidence following injury or disability.

Carmen graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2023 and completed her community service year in Vryburg, North West, in 2024. 

​

Since completing Community Service, she has worked in the field of physical rehabilitation, providing both clinic and home-based services. Her experience includes working with neurological and orthopaedic conditions.

In 2026, Carmen further expanded her expertise by qualifying in the internationally recognised WorkWell Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) System. This specialised training enables performing objective assessments of an individual's functional abilities, work capacity, and return-to-work readiness.
